Subsidiary Companies

The subsidiary companies of NTC:
One of the general policies of Nirou trans since its inception has been outsourcing and increasing organizational productivity through the separation of specialized tasks in the form of accords, contracting, reorganizing, or even launching new companies.
In pursuing our ambitious goals, NTC has tried to prevent excessive expansion of the organization and its subsequent inefficiency by establishing and launching specialized companies.
Relying upon the existent human resources, four subsidiary companies, namely Arman Farda, Arman Sharif Energy Development Company, Shiraz Sarv Nirou, and Shiraz Tavan Arman Sanat, have been established. With each owning a separate mission, numerous goals including competent employee engagement, utilization of financial and technological resources, and improving infrastructures are attained.
