The process of ordering products and services is as follows:
1- Sending orders via e-mail (Sales@niroutrans.com) or fax (0098 71 37438691).
Note 1: In case of similarity between the ordered product and the previous order, reporting the serial number of the previous product will suffice. Otherwise, complete technical specifications including single-line diagrams, environmental conditions, outline drawings, etc. must be provided.
Note 2: Please refer to Shiraz Sarv Nirou company at www.sarvnirou.com to place an order for gas-insulated switchgear (GIS).
Note 3: If none of the above groups matches the product, a description of it should be provided in the form of text, photo, map, etc. In some cases, a sample of the product needs to be sent to the company.
2- Providing the customer with the commercial offer (proforma) and technical offer entailing specifications tables, outline drawings, guarantee tables, and related certificates.
3- Confirming the specifications or applying comments on them by the customer.
4- Making necessary revisions to the specifications and pre-invoice and resending the mentioned items to the customer.
5- Initial approval of the order by the customer.
6- Preparing and sending technical specifications for more detailed review by the customer and getting their opinions about technical specifications.
7- Approval of the technical specifications and outline drawings by the customer.
8- Preparing and sending the contract to the customer (if requested).
9- Complying with the commercial conditions and advance payment according to the conditions agreed by the customer.
After going through the above steps, the product production will be initiated. Then the following steps are taken:
1. Announcing the time of the type testing in the customer’s presence (not applicable for all products).
2. Making remain payments by the customer.
3. Delivering the goods to the customer.
4. Issuance of invoice and warranty period start form.
